Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual for an IT Field Support Technician position in our Hopkinsville, KY Strategic Marketing Area. This position will be based out of our Hopkinsville, KY office and report to the Manager of IT Field Services.

This position is NOT remote; you must reside in the Western Kentucky region.

Position Summary

The focus of this position is providing end-user technical support and on-site assistance in challenging environments such as rock quarries and asphalt plants. Responsibilities include supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. This role requires hands-on work, using power tools, running cabling, mounting cameras, and installing equipment like televisions, often in outdoor settings.
