This job is 100% onsite at our facility in Roanoke, Texas.
The Internal Resource Specialist position will support the sales team in all aspects of delivering test equipment for emergent customer requirements, including maintaining and developing key vendor relationships, test equipment sourcing, purchasing, expediting, and managing test equipment transportation.
· Full cycle sales order support including but not limited to:
o Sourcing new and used test equipment for emergent requirements
o Sourcing Sub rented test equipment from approved partner vendors
· Issuing purchase orders to support orders, personnel, and building needs
o Managing equipment transportation, including coordinating emergent shipments and arranging couriers.
o Monitoring active shipments to ensure timely delivery and addressing issues before they impact the customer.
· Identifying and reconciling any sales-related discrepancies including but not limited to:
o Complete order information (customer, assets, tracking information, shipment costs)
o Addressing partial returns of rental orders with customers
o Tracking down equipment not located in physical and subrental inventories
· Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data related to sales including but not limited to:
o Maintenance of technical literature for all test equipment
o Validation of serial numbers for each inventory asset
o Photographing and documenting accessories for test equipment
o Accurate and up to date list prices and other relevant data for all our models
· Highly effective communicator, both internal and external to the organization.
· Ability to thrive in a work environment where you are being asked to transition between working under pressure on urgent matters to working on spreadsheets and data analysis.
· Great computer, internet search, and typing skills.
o Percentage of sourced equipment orders completed without discrepancies (e.g., correct model, accessories, documentation)
o Accuracy in matching serial numbers, technical literature, and asset details in inventory systems
o Average time from request to purchase order issuance for emergent equipment needs
o Success rate in securing required equipment from approved vendors within defined timelines
o On-time delivery rate for coordinated shipments and courier arrangements
o Response time to shipping disruptions or delays impacting customer delivery
o Accuracy of asset tracking and inventory updates (physical and subrental)
o Completeness of technical documentation, photographs, and price data maintenance
o Time to resolve order discrepancies (e.g., partial returns, tracking mismatches)
o Quality and completeness of sales order data entered into internal systems
o Responsiveness to sales and operations teams' requests
o Effectiveness in communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders under pressure
o Internal feedback score from sales team based on fulfillment support and accuracy
o Success in meeting last-minute or emergent customer demands without error
· VP of Sales Ops & Inside Sales Director
· All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
· Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods.
· Communicate effectively, both oral (in person and on the phone) and in writing.

· Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer,
· Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents

· Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
o Regularly sit at assigned locations/desk for up to 8 hours per day with allowable breaks
o Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (i.e. books, reports, binders, etc), OR if IT related lift up to 50 pounds in IT equipment individually
· For Operations, Warehouse, & Lab based roles:
o Lift, push, and move up to 75 pounds individually and up to 150 pounds as a team
· The hourly rate of pay for this role will be between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour. Overtime will be paid at the legally required rate. A certain amount of overtime maybe expected each week but will vary from week to week.
· Benefits will be available to all full time employees. Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week (but must consistently work 30 hours minimum per week over any consecutive eight week period).
