Now Hiring: Human Resources Specialist II Location: KAMO Power Headquarters – Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a Human Resources Specialist II to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations including employee benefits, recruiting and onboarding, and corporate training program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs

- Support full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding

- Coordinate and maintain corporate training programs

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Qualifications:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- 3 to 5 years of experience in various areas of human resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- General knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

- Experience in employee benefits administration is a plus
