- Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development.
- Proficiency with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator).
- Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled communicator and collaborative partner.
- Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), LMS experience, SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge.
