Would you like to help develop your colleagues' skills by designing effective and engaging training activities? As Instructional Designer, you’ll develop learning solutions and create storyboards based on learning objectives, analysis documents and meetings with subject matter experts.

- Propose instructional strategies based on needs analyses

- Work with subject matter experts and training advisors

- Organize content logically and simply

- Help design storyboards or presentations

- Write simple and quality texts

- Prepare or coordinate the production of graphic elements

- Develop learning assessment strategies

- Coordinate feedback stages

- Perform quality control

- Coordinate with external suppliers

Summary of certifications and job requirements

- College diploma in educational technology or a related field

- At least five years of relevant experience

- Proficient with Articulate 360 Suite tools

- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects

- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec

- Asset: experience designing technical expertise training

- Asset: experience in a consulting engineering environment
