Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial part in our business development efforts through outbound and warm calling, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Duties

•

Expedite the sale and delivery of products to customers through customer contact, quoting, securing material and preparing sales orders.

•

Regularly follow up with established customers to discuss potential sales opportunities.

•

Generate new customer base by utilizing new sales leads and develop new accounts.

•

Maintain an ongoing understanding of industry conditions to accurately quote pricing.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.

•

Ensure a quality process. Develop plans for securing future orders.

•

Utilize all software and systems available to manage accounts and logistics.

Skills

•

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

At least 1 year of sales experience in the steel industry.

•

Strong ability in outbound calling and warm calling techniques to engage potential customers.

•

Proven track record in sales or business development roles.

•

Microsoft Office experience

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.

•

Knowledge of steel piping, fittings, structural steel and steel plate.

•

Relationship building with customers and co-workers.

•

Strong work ethic
