About This Job

The Frazier Quarry, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our North Quarry location. This position involves both customer service and operational support, including loading customer trucks with mobile equipment, providing information, solving problems, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

•

Promote a safe working environment for all personnel and customers on site

•

Represent TFQ positively in all interactions with customers and the public

•

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service

•

Accurately operate truck scales during customer purchases and ensure timely transaction processing

•

Maintain organized and detailed records of sales and operational data

•

Develop proficiency in company-specific systems and Microsoft Office applications

•

Demonstrate familiarity with the mining industry, including materials and equipment used on-site

•

Operate a loader as needed, particularly at alternate TFQ locations

Skills & Abilities:

•

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

•

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

•

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently open the plant scales on time

•

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

•

Effective verbal and written communication skills

•

High proficiency in Microsoft Office

•

Ability to safely operate mobile equipment, including climbing ladders and working outdoors in varying conditions

Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with related products or industries

•

High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred

•

Familiarity with quarry or construction materials and equipment is a plus
