Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our software solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer engagement.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Proficiency in telemarketing and outbound calling techniques.
