Position Overview:
IST is looking for a detailed oriented and motivated individual who wants to work with one of our biggest customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage customer inquiries, accurately generate quotes, and support the sales process with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate and manage sales quotes using ConnectWise Sell, ensuring all details are complete and accurate.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
•Collaborate with the Program Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer to gather necessary information for quotes.
•Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CRM system.
•Follow up on outstanding quotes to help close sales and meet revenue targets.
•Ensure pricing, terms, and product configurations meet company policies and customer needs.
•Provide product information and basic technical assistance to customers.
•Continuously improve quoting processes through feedback and collaboration.
Qualifications:
•High attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple quotes and tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
•2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
•Prior experience using a quoting system (e.g., ConnectWise Sell Salesforce CPQ, Epicor, Oracle, or similar) a plus.
•Knowledge of government contracting and/or construction a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM systems, and other sales tools.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
•Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
•This is an in office position.
