Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
•Greet and assist walk-in clients in our West Palm showroom.
•Guide customers through product options for impact windows, doors, and millwork.
•Provide clear, knowledgeable recommendations tailored to each customer's needs.
•Generate quotes, process orders, and manage follow-up communications.
•Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
•Collaborate with sales managers and team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Keep current on product specs, pricing, and industry trends.
•Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to close.
Qualifications
•Proven sales experience in doors, mouldings, impact windows, or related building materials.
•In-depth understanding of the needs of contractors, builders, and homeowners.
•Energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-service focused.
•Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient with CRM systems and general office software.
•Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment.
•Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred.
