Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an on-site, Monday through Friday role ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial sales who values consistency, integrity, and long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience selling into construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to understand their training and certification needs

•

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

•

Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contract documents

•

Coordinate with the operations and administrative teams to schedule training sessions and ensure smooth service delivery

•

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM

•

Assist with lead generation activities, including outreach campaigns, event follow-up, and re-engagement of inactive accounts

•

Educate potential customers about CIS’s service offerings, credentials, and value proposition

•

Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to team strategies and process improvements

Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial, construction, equipment, or skilled trades environment

•

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset

•

Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment

•

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

•

Comfortable working in a team-oriented, in-office environment

•

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus

•

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
