As an Inside Sales Representative at Inland Steel Products, you won't just be filling a position; you will be an integral part of our team. You’ll be working closely with our Business Development and Operations team to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Lead Management - Proactively identify and qualify leads and serve as a primary point of contact for inbound inquiries.
- Pricing Negotiations - Provide quotes and negotiate pricing agreements to increase volume purchased.
- Customer Relationships - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Order Processing - Ensure all data is entered into our internal systems. Work closely with internal departments while reviewing daily procurement to ensure timely and accurate service.
- 3 years of experience in customer service with a high volume of customer interactions
