Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.

- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Source required materials from suppliers to ensure proper job costing and material margins.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Familiarity with CRM software, is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus.

- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.

- Knowledge of marketing principles related to outbound calling strategies is beneficial.
