Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound calling and market research.

Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and provide product information and demonstrations

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies

- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

- Manages all orders and customer requests including creating quotes and proposals

- Responds to customer inquiries and tracks all orders

- Maintains and updates price lists

- Builds and maintains relationships with customers including placing orders; delivery requests; status updates; management of all product issues found by clients

- Controls all stock on standard inventory

- Transportation planning including negotiating with carriers to keep pricelist current

- Issues invoices, ensures payments and sends reminders for past-due invoices

- Reports complaints to the quality department

- Maintains stock status for customers with stock assigned

- Proposes recurrent orders and establishes flat orders based on customer’s stock history

- Tasks graphics department for management of lithographic plants, graphics and artworks as requested from the customers to the final approval

Experience:

- Proven experience in inside sales or business development

- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
