Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

Pay: $50,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities

· Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email

· Provide accurate quotes and manage pricing to meet company goals

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Enter and verify orders with precision

· Share product knowledge and offer training when needed

Requirements

· Proven sales or customer service experience (building materials industry preferred)

· Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Comfortable using office equipment and technology

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
