This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Midland, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include contacting potential and existing customers by phone and email, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant product and service information. The representative will also handle account management and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
