Alliance Building Material Supply is looking to add a team oriented professional with strong multitasking and organizational skills to the inside Sales Team.

Full Job Description:

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator will work in conjugation with the sales team, field staff, shipping and production to facilitate accurate and efficient order entry and task coordination. The inside sales coordinator manages a schedule and generates the necessary paperwork to process orders.

Essential Functions:

· Communicate between sales, shipping, production, install and field staff.

· Monitor builder/customer portals and schedule

· Serve Customers with outstanding customer service

· Decipher and communicate any challenges between field data and purchase orders

· General administration responsibilities

Pay: starting at $23.00 hourly
