Information Systems and Business Processes Specialist

Responsibilities (NOT A REMOTE POSITION):

Support strategy, technology services and vendor resources focused on reporting and analytics

Drive the development and configuration for analytics applications (Microsoft Flow, Zapier, Google Sheets, Salesforce, JAVA, API Implementation, SQL, and SOQL)

Develop and lead simplification projects to improve efficiency and productivity of business users through automation and self-service

Collaborate with business leaders to improve and implement standard processes and practices for reporting and day to day operations.

Being a leader and self starter in discovering areas where new technologies and methodologies can improve our day to day operations

Troubleshooting PC/hardware/API/Software issues quickly and calmly

Requirements

Experience gained through college degree programs and or certifications in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Information Technology

Demonstrated passion for data analytics, data integration, and reporting.

Progressive experience in data management, data analysis, and business intelligence

Demonstrated consultative problem-solving approach to issue resolution and creative solutioning.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to drive positive delivery of required functionality.

Salesforce, JAVA, API Implementation (preferred)

Experience (preferred) or willingness to learn and build expertise in data analytics.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and G-Suite Products highly preferred

Passion for working collaboratively with business partners to understand existing workflows and develop & implement innovative data analytics and process automation solutions to eliminate repetitive work and increase efficiency while maintaining data quality and integrity

Provide technical support on tools, platforms and existing workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
