- DAY SHIFT - HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY - 8 HOUR SHIFT; 8:00AM - 4:30PM OR

- DAY SHIFT - 12 HOUR SHIFT; 6:00AM - 6:00PM; WORKING (3) DAYS ONE WEEK & (4) DAYS THE NEXT WEEK

- HOURLY PAY RATE WILL BE DETERMINED BY SKILL SET, EXPERIENCE, AND WORK HISTORY

We are looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to ensure safe and continuous production. The Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the equipment, buildings, and common areas in the best possible condition.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with the day to day activities surrounding the mechanical requirements to include: motor installation/repair and troubleshooting, electrical component design/repair and troubleshooting (PLC drives, encoders, mechanical/electrical/laser measuring and detection devices, etc.)

- Install and maintain production machines and equipment to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

- Perform maintenance on all aspects of industrial machinery

- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment as required

- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery

- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

- Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and make adjustments

- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment

- Use a variety of hand and power tools; maintain clean and orderly work areas

Skills

- Proven experience as maintenance technician in an Industrial environment

- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

- Must be able to bend, lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis
