Production hours: Monday- Friday 2nd shift 2:00 - 10:30pm ! Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first month or two. Overtime and weekends work as needed

Reifel Industries Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer Ohio that provide full e-coating and dip-spin painting services to the entire Midwest, but especially to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Reifel Industries Inc. also specialize in e-coating of partially painted parts, partially coated tethers, and partially coated ISO FIX wires. Acid Pickle prior to electrocoating is available.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production and process equipment across E-Coat, Dip Spin, and Zinc Plating systems. The role supports continuous operation of automated and manual coating lines by performing preventive maintenance, identifying root causes of equipment issues, and supporting process improvement and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Basic maintenance to include but not limited to regular PM maintenance on all machines including forklifts. Regular Tank Activities, working on electrical robotics, pumps, motor, Senor, conveyors, control systems. Work with all departments, including upper management, supervisors, and Quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Coating or plating system experience preferred but not required
- Minimum 1+ years' experience preferred,- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Computer Literate
- Properly complete required paperwork documenting repairs/PMs made
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. LOTO, Confined Space.
- Forklift experience required 1+ year- Willing to work overtime and or weekends when needed

- Must be able to pass post hire and random drug screening.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Follow all Safety policies, procedures, regulations, and all PPE requirements (Safety glasses / steel toed boots)
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and replacements.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure safety and operational continuity.

Attention to detail is crucial, as it ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately. Employees must have the ability to stand up to 100% of the time and are required to use their hands to handle objects. You must be able to use your fingers and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, bend, twist, push, pull and squat. There are areas where you will possibly be lifting above the head as well.
- Employees MUSTregularly have the ability to lift and or move between 25 and 50 pounds repetitively and occasionally lift and or move up to or more then 50 pounds.
