In Home Window Sales

The Integrated Experts is looking for driven, personable, and high-performing individuals to join our team as In-Home Window Sales Consultants. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, provide expert energy consultations, and guide them through tailored solar solutions that eliminate their utility bill and create long-term savings.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct scheduled, in-home consultations with homeowners interested in solar energy.

- Present customized solar proposals and educate clients on system design, energy savings, financial options, and environmental benefits.

- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to closing, and collaboration with operations for project handoff.

- Follow up with leads and previous appointments to re-engage interest and provide further value.

- Maintain deep knowledge of our products, financing options, and installation process.

- Use CRM tools to track appointments, pipeline activity, and communication history.

- Work closely with your team and leadership to meet monthly sales goals and performance standards.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of previous in-home or B2C sales experience (solar experience a plus).

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients through honesty, transparency, and industry knowledge.

- Coachable attitude with a strong desire to improve and succeed.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings/weekends when needed.

- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-heavy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $105,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
