The Inside Sales Support role is responsible for preparing accurate quotes and entering customer orders into the ERP system. This position serves as a key liaison between the sales team, production, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders.

- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams to support quote and order processing.
- Enter customer quotes and orders into the ERP system and ensure all required data is included.
- Collaborate with suppliers for subcontract pricing.
- Track and follow up on quote and order status as needed.
- Maintain records of quotes, orders, and related communications.
- Follow all health and safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Associate's degree in business or related field, or minimum of 2 years sales support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient Computer Skills – Comfortable using business software, including email, spreadsheets, data entry tools, and other business apps.

This position requires sitting for long periods at a desk working on a computer. Using arms, hands and fingers repeatedly to handle and operate a keyboard, telephone and other general office equipment.
