Now, we’re expanding our reach in Northeast Ohio, and we’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative who’s ready to grow with us.
- Drive sales growth by developing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships across your assigned territory.
- Call on construction sites, fabrication shops, plants, mills, and contractor offices to promote Horizon’s products and services.
- Sell a wide range of products including power tools, safety gear, pipeline and welding supplies, abrasives, and industrial equipment.
- Promote Horizon’s equipment repair services, helping customers extend the life and performance of their tools.
- Prospect and cold call to identify new customers and follow up with key decision makers.
- Stay connected to current and upcoming projects in your region to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our inside sales team and service department to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Horizon at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- 1–3 years of outside sales experience (construction or welding supply sales a major plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities and a self-starter mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to a team.
- Passion for helping customers and enthusiasm for the industrial/construction space.
- Degree preferred, but industry experience equally valued.

Projected Total Compensation: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
