.We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. NO COLD CALLING!!!!!! The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and have a strong desire to meet sales goals

Excellent communication and a team player a must, and looking for people who are eager to learn. With these key components, everything else can be taught.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer experience.

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain high standards of service.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.

- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.

- Experience in cash handling with attention to detail in financial transactions.

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.

- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and financial reporting.

- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features effectively.

- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.

- Previous experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is preferred.

- Proven skills in upselling products and services to enhance overall sales performance.
