We are currently hiring Outside Account Executives for the following territories: Ocala, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Orlando.
This role is for a true “hunter” salesperson who thrives in face-to-face business development, relationship building, and closing deals. If you’re ready to grow your income and your career, we’re ready to invest in your skills and success.
- Spend 75% of your time in the field meeting with prospects and closing new business.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and follow-up activities.
- Continuously improve sales skills through weekly professional coaching.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
- Represent the Propane Ninja brand with professionalism, safety, and enthusiasm.
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B preferred).
- At least 1 year of prospecting or field sales experience.
- Proven “hunter” mentality — self-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in fuel, logistics, or industrial service industries.
- CRM proficiency (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Existing network of business contacts in Florida’s industrial or commercial sectors.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

OTE Year 1: ~$55,000; OTE Year 2: ~$95,000 (top performers exceed six figures).
