We are seeking an experienced
ICAM Business Analystto join a high-impact team responsible for driving the implementation of
Zero Trustand
ICAMsolutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert with a strong background in
Identity Governance,
Privileged Access Management (PAM), and
SAP technical integrations. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven professional to facilitate collaboration across teams, lead process development efforts, and ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge security technologies.
As an ICAM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining process flows, developing comprehensive requirements, and managing critical internal and external meetings. You will play a key role in shaping the security infrastructure through the integration of advanced technologies and best practices.
- Lead Zero Trust and ICAM Implementations:
Drive the end-to-end implementation of
Zero Trust
and
ICAM
initiatives, including
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
,
EAMS-A
, and
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
.
- Facilitate Process Flow Development:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop
As-Is
and
To-Be
process flows, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Conduct Workshops and Facilitate Q&A Sessions:
Lead workshops that demonstrate
IGA
capabilities and provide technical clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Document Requirements:
Prepare comprehensive
requirements documents
that support the
To-Be process flows
, ensuring they are aligned with security protocols and business objectives.
- Support Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Ongoing Support for ICAM & Zero Trust:
Provide ongoing support during internal and external meetings, facilitating discussions on technical implementation and progress.
- Contribute to Enterprise Architecture Team:
Provide additional support to the
LMP Sustainment Enterprise Architecture
team as required.12+ years of experience in
SAP technical integration
, with a focus on system implementation and process development.
- SAP Systems Expertise:
Proven experience with
SAP
systems such as
ECC
,
EWM
,
SCM
,
CAMS
,
UAM
,
GRC
, and
Portal
.
- Technical Proficiency:
Strong background in
SAP ABAP
and workflow design and integration.
- Security Integration Knowledge:
Expertise in integrating SAP with
Citrix
,
Active Directory
, and other external systems, particularly in relation to
UAM
.
Familiarity with
Army LMP
and the management of
Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
,
Firefighter roles
, and role assignment.
- SailPoint Experience:
Hands-on experience with
SailPoint
solutions is highly desirable.
