Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project coordination, scheduling, and contract management. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

THIS POSITION IS A 1099 position.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

•

Coordinate project activities among various teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

•

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.

•

Develop detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools such as ProCore.

•

Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations.

•

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project objectives.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Prepare regular reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or issues.

Experience

•

Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.

•

Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and project scheduling techniques.

•

Familiarity with contract negotiation and management processes is highly desirable.

•

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects effectively while managing multiple priorities.

•

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•

Experience using ProCore or similar project management software is preferred.
