What You’ll Be Doing

Lead HVAC project execution from pre-construction through turnover, overseeing scheduling, coordination, and manpower

Supervise field crews and subcontractors for sheet metal, piping, controls, and insulation

Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Track progress against timelines and update project schedules regularly

Coordinate with GC, trades, inspectors, and internal teams

Review and understand HVAC drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Forecast labor needs, manage material procurement, and minimize downtime

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specs and mechanical codes

Participate in project meetings, punch list walks, and closeout documentation
