Residential HVAC Installer

U.S. Energy Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician interested in learning the latest Energy Efficiency Technology. We are currently looking to fill a lead installer position with someone proficient with mini split and variable speed/modulating capacity systems.

Our ideal candidate:

· Has 5+ years of experience as a project leader of residential HVAC installation and service

· Be capable of planning and overseeing installations from beginning to end

· Must understand airflow and ductwork applications

· Has gas piping experience

· Must enjoy learning the latest industry technology

· Self-motivated and attentive to detail

· Able to lead and teach

· Looking for a management growth opportunity
