Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. This position focuses on installing, upgrading, and commissioning commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Job Requirements

- Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductwork, and mechanical equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings

- Set and connect HVAC equipment, including piping, ductwork, controls, and insulation

- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards

- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites

- Perform start-ups and assist with system commissioning as required

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

- Document work completed and report issues or changes promptly

Qualifications

- 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred

- EPA Section 608 certification (required)

- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation best practices

- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans

- Experience with new construction and remodel projects

- Familiarity with HVAC controls and start-up procedures a plus

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary

$72,000 - $100,000 (annually)
