Who/What Are We Looking For?

- Supervise and support our HVAC install teams in the field

- Aid other team members, such as sales consultants in the field, to determine best course of action for HVAC installs as directed by management

- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors

- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job

- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle

- Any other assigned duties as directed by management

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC

- Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications

- Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members

- Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction

- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking

- Confident and decisive communication in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
