As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must. The fully-paid Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice program begins on

March 16th Key Responsibilities Learn and Assist:

 Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings

Customer Engagement

 Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions

Sales Support

 Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers

Problem Solving

 Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction

Safety Compliance

 Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team

Qualifications Mechanical Inclination:

 Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology
