The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

- Own the Northeast region, driving sales and market share for our innovative HVAC and heat

pump solutions.

- Build and manage a network of contractor, distributor, and OEM relationships.

- Launch programs that accelerate electrification adoption and crush old-school distribution

models.

- Hire, coach, and inspire a team that matches your energy and ambition.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in HVAC distribution with a track record of driving growth.

- Deep knowledge of heat pump technology and the residential/light commercial HVAC

ecosystem.

- Strong channel development and team leadership skills.

Pay: $35.02 - $50.00 per hour
