Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Trades Manager to lead our residential HVAC team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC technicians and apprentices.

- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job assignments.

- Monitor and improve KPIs including job efficiency, customer satisfaction, and first-time fix rate.

- Manage departmental P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

- Collaborate with other trades (plumbing, electrical) to coordinate multi-service jobs.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of trade experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.

- Proven experience managing KPIs and P&L responsibilities.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
