We are growing quickly and are looking for a visionary Director of Sales who can inspire, lead, and scale our commercial operations across North America and beyond.
The Director of Sales will be a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding TURBINE-X’s market presence in the industrial and energy sectors. This is an executive-level role that blends technical solution selling with people leadership. You will shape sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and forge trusted relationships with clients and partners worldwide.

· Lead Sales Strategy & Growth – Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets.
· Drive Market Expansion – Identify and enter new markets, build partnerships, and grow TURBINE-X’s footprint in industrial and renewable sectors.
· Inspire and Build Teams – Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs, incentives, and career development.
· Champion Customers – Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring customer success and long-term partnerships.
· Close Complex Deals – Lead contract negotiations and structure multi-million-dollar solutions tailored to client needs.
· Collaborate Across the Business – Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Commissioning, Finance, HR, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer solutions.
· Represent TURBINE-X – Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
· Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in energy, industrial, or engineered systems.
· Background: Proven success in technical solution selling, contract negotiation, and scaling high-performance teams.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with turbine genset packaging, commissioning services, or engineered energy systems preferred.
· Skills: Strong leadership, executive communication, CRM/ERP fluency, and the ability to influence at every level.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
· Mindset: Strategic, customer-focused, globally minded, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
