We’re looking for an HVAC Equipment Sales Representative
to join our employee-owned team! In this role, you’ll work with homeowners to find the right comfort solutions for their needs. You’ll use both your technical knowledge and people skills to build relationships, present options, and guide customers through the sales process. As an employee-owned company, we’re invested in your success and provide the training, tools, and support you need to grow.
- Sell HVAC equipment and installation services to residential customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through marketing campaigns, trade shows, community events, ride-along tech visits, referrals, and self-generated networking.
- Conduct in-home consultations, perform “whole house diagnostics,” and present customized system solutions with clear proposals.
- Maintain at least 3 customer appointments daily, ensuring a professional, customer-first approach.
- Follow up with customers at key intervals to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with installation teams, field supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Track opportunities, proposals, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay knowledgeable on company products, services, and industry trends to confidently present solutions.
- Minimum of one year of prior equipment sales experience in HVAC field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen, recommend solutions, and close sales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and consistently meet goals.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, Excel/Word, and mobile communication tools.
- Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
