As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be essential in coordinating service calls and managing logistics for HVAC operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in dispatching, communication, and analysis will ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction. You will utilize premium skills in transportation management systems and GPS technology to optimize routes and manage fleet operations. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks will aid in data entry and financial tracking, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our HVAC services.
