Position Summary:

As our Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming calls, booking jobs, routing technicians efficiently, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Experience with ServiceTitan, handling multiple phone lines, and managing on-call schedules is strongly preferred.
