We are a fast-paced, customer-focused HVAC company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher with industry experience. If you're a pro at managing technician schedules, solving problems on the fly, and keeping customers informed and happy, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
•
Dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls based on skill set, location, and urgency
•
Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and follow-ups
•
Coordinate emergency and same-day service requests efficiently
•
Monitor and manage the workflow in real-time to maximize technician productivity
•
Enter and update service information in our dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
•
Maintain constant communication with field techs and office staff
•
Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed
•
Track service call status and technician progress throughout the day
•
Support invoicing and documentation follow-through when required
Requirements:
•
2+ years of experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, or related service industry
•
Strong knowledge of local geography and service area
•
Familiar with HVAC terminology and typical customer needs
•
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•
Proficient with dispatch and scheduling software
•
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
