We’re seeking a detail-driven, customer-focused Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their role. You’ll be the key connection between our customers and field technicians, ensuring every call, every schedule, and every job runs smoothly.
What You'll Do
•Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and follow-ups with a sense of urgency.
•Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently, managing shifting priorities with ease.
•Use ServiceTitan software to organize technician schedules, input accurate data, and maintain thorough records.
•Communicate consistently with technicians, leadership, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
•Prioritize and triage service calls, ensuring every customer receives the 5-star experience they expect.
•Monitor technician routes and make real-time adjustments as needed.
•Collaborate with other CSRs and dispatchers to support business goals and team success.
What You Bring to the Team
•Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related customer service coordination role (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trades preferred).
•Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
•Solid geographical knowledge of Southeastern Wisconsin (or strong map-reading abilities).
•Tech-savvy with accurate data entry skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
•Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in high-volume settings.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•A proactive, team-first mindset with a commitment to problem-solving.
•Knowledge of the HVAC industry is helpful, but not required — we’ll provide the training you need.
