Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Tupelo, MS
Compensation: $85,000 – $125,000 base + yearly bonus
Work Setting: On-site
Overview:
We’re partnering with a long-standing, stable company known for its people-first culture and steady growth. This is an opportunity to step into a Human Resources Manager role where you’ll have a direct line to leadership and the ability to shape HR practices for years to come.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition
•Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and team members
•Coach and support a small HR support staff (no large team management required)
•Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
•Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
•Help modernize and streamline HR processes
What We’re Looking For:
•5+ years of progressive HR experience
•Prior experience supervising or mentoring others, even in a small-team setting
•Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and employee relations
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
