We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate HR Manager to lead our human resources operations across our energy services footprint. Based in Denver, CO, this role is pivotal in driving scalable HR programs that support a technically sophisticated, multi-site workforce operating in high-compliance environments.

- Lead enterprise-wide HR programs that drive real transformation
- Shape compliant, scalable people strategies across multiple jurisdictions
- Tackle complex employee issues with empathy and sound judgment
- Communicate with impact and lead high-visibility HR initiatives from start to finish
- Lead the full lifecycle of key HR programs across SPL’s energy operations, including:
- Performance management cycles tied to operational KPIs
- Merit and compensation planning aligned with field and technical roles
- Engagement surveys and action planning for high-retention cultures
- Talent development and succession planning focused on technical leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistency in delivery;
- Serve as the primary architect and driver of scalable HR processes and policies across SPL locations;
- Act as a key change agent, partnering with leadership to support and communicate change in a clear, inclusive, and effective manner;
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of HR operations;
- Provide thought leadership and HR expertise to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives;
- Leverage HR data to assess program performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions;
- Maintain high standards of compliance and best practices in HR, supporting SPL’s reputation for accuracy and trust;
- Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations or organizational issues;
- Support the development of the HR team through coaching and hands-on guidance;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required;
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred, SPHR a plus;
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-location environment, including work with hourly field/lab workforces in energy or industrial sectors;- Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity);
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide HR programs and driving scalable, sustainable processes that support organizational growth and transformation;
- Strong change management capabilities with the ability to coach leaders through complex performance, development, and organizational challenges;
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, HR policies, and employment practices;
- Ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions;
- Skilled in navigating sensitive employee issues with discretion, empathy, conflict resolution, and mediation;
- Ability to interpret workforce data and support planning and compensation decisions;
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences;
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including capability of leading HR initiatives while mentoring and developing HR team members;
