· Acting as a liaison between managers and employees
· Overseeing employee relations and securing regulatory compliance
· Administering employee-related services such as payroll and benefits
· Overseeing a team of three office ladies/cashiers which handles payments to our customer base
· Ability to prioritize/organize information, assignments and meet timelines
· Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a stronger employer brand for our organization to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees
· In lieu of a degree five (5) or more year experience in HR
Hours: Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
