We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing professional services organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. - Manage and oversee HR operations across multiple office locations.
- Handle end-to-end processes for compliance, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and culture initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Supervise and provide direction to legal assistants and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and systems to support company growth and scalability.
- Conduct regular visits to office locations to ensure consistency in HR practices and employee support.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs as the organization grows.
- 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong generalist background covering multiple HR areas (not limited to recruiting).
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.
- Background supporting company growth from fewer than 50 employees preferred.
- Proficiency in ADP, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
