Description Human Resources at Fayetteville PWC: Where People Meet Purpose
Think HR is all paperwork and policies? Think again. Our team drives the systems, structure, and culture that help every employee at Fayetteville PWC grow, succeed, and feel valued.
Here’s what we do (and what you’ll help with):
Support Job Architecture Initiative
We’re building a clear, consistent job architecture that strengthens role clarity and career pathways across the organization.
You’ll assist with project work, data analysis, documentation, and process improvements that make this framework stronger and easier to navigate.
Build Project Management Infrastructure
From templates to tracking tools, we create the backbone that helps HR run smoothly.
You’ll develop project tools, streamline reporting, and help establish best practices for managing HR initiatives efficiently.
Enhance Employee Engagement Activities
We bring meaningful recognition and connection to life through programs and events.
As an intern, you’ll support service awards, help plan the company picnic, and contribute to engagement activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
If you’re people-focused, organized, and ready to make a real impact, this is your chance to help shape the employee experience at PWC.
