Job Summary

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to lead our people strategy in Baton Rouge, LA. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and training, supporting our leadership to deliver mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities

•

Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and hire talent like HVAC engineers, technicians, and assemblers. Ensure seamless onboarding for new team members.

•

Employee Relations: Build a positive workplace by resolving concerns, boosting engagement, and guiding performance management.

•

Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EEOC) for mission-critical settings.

•

Benefits & Payroll: Administer benefits programs and collaborate with Accounting for payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction.

•

Training & Development: Deliver certifications, training, and growth programs to keep our team industry-leading.

•

HR Administration: Manage HRIS systems, process personnel actions, and drive morale-boosting initiatives.

•

PPE Management: Assist in managing appropriate PPE use.

•

Policy Development: Create or revise HR policies and programs to meet evolving company needs.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

•

3+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries.

•

Expertise in labor laws, safety regulations, and strong communication skills to engage teams and leadership.

•

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

•

100% onsite availability in Baton Rouge, LA, Monday-Friday.

Physical Requirements

•

Desk-based role with prolonged computer use.

•

Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

•

Salary Range: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
