We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, maintaining HR records, and providing day-to-day administrative and compliance support to the HR team. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and eager to learn the full spectrum of HR processes while ensuring a positive employee experience.
· Support full cycle recruiting by posting jobs, screenings resumes and scheduling interviews and coordinating new hire background checks and drug screenings.
· Work with operations to assess department staffing needs, gather role requirements, and create job postings based on business demand.
· Coordinate new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification, new hire setup (email account, uniform, etc.) and new hire orientation.
· Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
· Support timekeeping processes and assist with payroll related tasks, including data updates.
· Assist employees with general HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR administration or benefits coordination
· Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
