The Human Resources Associate will perform general duties related to the daily operations of the human resource office. Bi-Lingual is highly preferred. Salary range is based on experience level.

- Recruiting, onboarding new associates and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Schedules, organizes and facilitates new hire orientation.
- Takes minutes during the departmental meetings, proofreads and type’s documents and correspondence produced by department.
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Manages or assists with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Prepares and processes new hire brochures and badges.
- Prepares and facilitates various HR related trainings.
- Assists with policy communications, understands and can communicate benefit and healthcare programs, assists with maintaining compliance or federal and state laws.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bilingual communication – speech and written preferred.
- Excellent communication skill, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working experience in an HR role, familiar with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and legal mandates.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Associates degree in related field with 2 years of experience or 7 or more years of experience in an HR role.
- Desire to grow within the Human Resources field preferred.
