Human Resources Assistant

Full-Time
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and documentation.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team across all HR functions.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison with external benefits vendors (health, disability, retirement).
- Support the administration of HR systems and ensure timely, accurate data entry.
- Assist in the implementation and use of Workday and other HRIS systems.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team during hiring processes.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of HR administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll processes.
- Prior Workday Experience
is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance standards and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-service mindset.
- HRIS experience with system implementation, preferably Workday, is a strong plus.
