Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for our California-based construction company, which includes a unionized workforce. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry and a proven ability to interpret and manage collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). This role plays a key part in maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing the HR budget, and supporting the company’s people and performance objectives. This is a primarily on-site role with the option to work remotely one day per week with 25% to 30% travel.
